Cost
- $95, includes all materials and meals.
- Registration will close when the conference meets capacity, so don't delay! There is no on-site registration.
Payment and Confirmation
- You must have an FAU in order to complete the registration form and you will recieve an audtomatic reply when you submit the registration form. Once your FAU and registration has been confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email.
Cancellation and Name Transfer
- Cancellations with a full refund may be made until April 1, 2015. After this date, all fees are due and non-refundable.
- You may transfer an existing registration to another person (i.e. change the name on the registration) until April 1, 2015.
